Go Figure released for the MSXdev25 competition

Go Figure – a rhythm platformer for the retro 8bit MSX2 platform.

While highly inspired by Bit.Trip Rerunner and Geometry Dash on modern platforms, this version features its own levels, OPL4-music and twists to the gameplay. See more at the Go Figure page.

  1. Hi! Great game and great music!
    I had a program crash just finishing stage 8, just the last botton spikes killed me and the game crashed (death and stage finish at same time I think), can't continue. Played with Turbo R GT and Flashjacks

    1. Thank you so much for this info. I do not know Flashjacks though, but I will investigate the death+level finish combo. It would be interesting to know what the crash looked like (reset? black screen? hang with gfx present? audio stopped, etc). Even better if you could mail it directly to the developer if possible (fabulous8bit@gmail.com).

  3. ok, this game is excellent, I loved the sound track, the controller feel and the graphics (being a fan of lily's saga, I loved the second phase!)
    please make it a cartdrige, I'd love to have one (lily's saga too!)
